1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bdbake platform and all its services. When you access our website, register, or use any service, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

bdbake reserves the right to cancel any account registered with false information and to forfeit any deposited funds.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual, family, or household may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in suspension of all accounts and cancellation of any earned bonuses.

3. Account Management

3.1 Password and Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong password and do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdbake may request identity verification documents at any time to maintain a safe environment. Withdrawal facilities may be limited until verification is complete. Required documents may include a national ID card, passport, or driving license.

3.3 Account Suspension

bdbake may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a breach of the Terms is found
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity is suspected
• Concerns about money laundering or illegal activity arise
• Identity verification cannot be completed
• At the user's own request

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on bdbake: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for all methods). Only use a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, delays may occur due to identity verification or technical issues. Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the original deposit.

4.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured with SSL encryption. bdbake will never ask for your bank or mobile banking PIN or password. If you receive any suspicious communication, notify our support team immediately.

4.4 Currency

Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) is our only accepted currency. Deposits in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳18,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 → Total ৳28,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Any winnings from a bonus must meet a 15x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw without completing the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific validity period and conditions.
• A bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• bdbake reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred directly to another person.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

bdbake believes in fair play. All games on our platform are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures unbiased outcomes.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error or disconnection occurs during gameplay, bdbake will determine the outcome based on server logs. If a server error occurs, bdbake reserves the right to refund the bet for that round.

6.3 Game Providers

Our platform features games from various world-class providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt. The game providers' own terms also apply.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises regarding a game outcome, please contact our support team. bdbake's decision will be considered final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Providing false information on an account or committing identity fraud
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Abusing bonuses through two or more accounts
• Colluding with other players to influence outcomes
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform for an advantage
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately toward other users
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party

12.2 Termination of Agreement

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please arrange to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed. Certain sections of these Terms (such as sections 7 and 9) will remain in effect even after account closure.
